Shamrock Realty was established January 1, 1984, by William (Will) L. Kallal in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Will is the responsible broker for Shamrock Realty and he manages the Cheyenne office.

Will was born and raised in southern Illinois. He attended the University of Notre Dame where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He then attended the University of Wyoming College of Law where he received a Juris Doctor degree. He is married to Judy, a teacher in the Cheyenne School System. They have two adult sons, Justin and Jacob. Will is a licensed real estate broker in Wyoming and Colorado and a licensed attorney in Wyoming. He is a trustee at St. Mary’s Cathedral and is actively involved with Cheyenne Frontier Days as a member of the Contestants Committee and the Art Show Committee. He enjoys travel, skiing, and golf.

Since its inception, Shamrock Realty has limited its principal brokerage activities to farm and ranch lands, recreational properties, and commercial properties. It has participated in hundreds of sales since 1984. Although the majority of its listings and sales have been in and about southeast Wyoming and northern Colorado, Shamrock Realty has listed and sold properties throughout Wyoming. Present listings include properties in and about Cheyenne, Laramie, Wheatland, LaGrange, Douglas, Sheridan, Burgess Junction and Daniel, Wyoming.

Shamrock Realty generally acts as the listing agent and broker for the seller. It does, however, offer buyer’s brokerage services and has also served as an intermediary, a non-agency brokerage. Shamrock Realty has participated in a number of I.R.C. Section 1031 tax deferred sales and exchanges.

Shamrock Realty firmly believes that the best investments today are in land, commercial properties, and businesses. Its goal is to provide consistently high service to those that it works with by providing reliable information upon which its clients can make intelligent decisions.
